Yes. Every Maja Sten hanging mobile begins as an original drawing. The individual shapes are then laser-cut from Finnboard and hand-painted by Maja in her studio, making each mobile a handmade piece with
its own character.

Maja Sten’s products are created and designed by Maja in her studio. Depending on the medium, she works with specialist production partners for processes such as fine art printing and laser cutting. Handmade elements are painted, assembled and finished by Maja in her studio.

Orders leave Maja Sten Studio once a week. The rest of the week is reserved for drawing, painting, and making new things. The studio is an artist’s workspace first and a packing station second.
